Florida Hospital Cancer Institute (2501 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL 32804) is located off of I4 in Orlando, Florida. From I4 take the Princeton exit and drive towards Orange Avenue, turn left onto Orange Ave. Turn right onto Winter Park street, which will be the parking lot for the Medical Plaza/Cancer Institute, you’ll use the parking lot that is to your left (by the Eden Spa). The clinical navigator is a role that has been identified by payers, physicians, institutions and practices as a critical extension of the clinical team. Despite the understood variation in responsibilities, there is a need to partner with these clinicians to understand their needs and provide education, resources and access to on- going support that will maximize their positive impact on patient outcomes, care and other pre -defined objectives.
