FLASCO’s Rare Disease Committee presents Precision in Action: Modern Strategies for GIST Management. This interactive, case-based webinar will explore the evolving landscape of precision oncology in the management of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). Faculty will review the molecular biology and classification of GIST, including key driver mutations and emerging molecular subtypes that influence treatment decisions. Through real-world clinical scenarios, expert faculty will discuss frontline treatment selection, mechanisms of resistance, and evidence-based sequencing strategies for patients with advanced or refractory disease. Designed for oncology physicians and nurses involved in the care of patients with GIST, this program will provide practical insights into integrating molecular profiling into clinical practice, optimizing targeted therapy selection, and navigating emerging therapeutic options for complex disease presentations.
